Bought my car and has had my service ever since. It used to be very good until it changed management recently. My car suggested that I need service A 1,2,6,7. The service manager David Lantz seemed to have a bad day and replied, "It is on the menu and it is your vehicle." I was wondering what kind of customer service was this and frowned on him. David Lantz gave a price of 500+. I asked if there was a discount. He stated, "You have to show coupons. We are not allowed to apply coupons." I found an oil change coupon of $74.99 on their website and showed him. I decided to do service A1 and 7. David Lantz came up with $365. I didn't think about it too much but remembered (A1) oil change plus tire rotation was about $130 and A7 (brake fluid change) was about $150. When I was sitting in the waiting area and realized no matter what $130+$150 couldn't be $365. When the service was done, I asked David Lantz to break down the price for me. This time A1 service became $189 and A7 was over $200. On the website, oil change plus tire rotation is $119.98(74.99 +44.99). David Lantz went, "You chose A1, not oil change and the coupon doesn't apply. I am not playing games with you. This is the price you agreed upon. You can choose to pay the price and never come back." The service manager is never available when you need him. You have to go through channels just to get a phone call back. I don’t know why this dealership employe such a person he doesn’t take accountability. He has no integrity and he has zero self-respect so how can a person like that lead the service department? I guess that’s why techs and lot attendants are stealing. After spending 2K it sucks to be called a liar and not taken seriously after something was stolen out of my car.
