The service manager is never available when you need him. You have to go through channels just to get a phone call back. I don’t know why this dealership employe such a person he doesn’t take accountability. He has no integrity and he has zero self-respect so how can a person like that lead the service department? I guess that’s why techs and lot attendants are stealing. After spending 2K it sucks to be called a liar and not taken seriously after something was stolen out of my car.
