I tried twice today to speak with general manager and service manager. Left messages and heard nothing back. On top of it, I received a text for a service that was supposedly already done. This situation keeps getting worse. Plus the car still isn’t fixed.

The situation just keeps getting worse. I just tried to call several times and finally spoke to the assistant general manager. He told me that the service and sales managers are all terrible and are all turning them over. Infact so much so the general manager whose name was on the voicemail message no longer works there. On top of that told me that the acura ZDX I purchased was so bad that is why they stopped making them. Thank you sir, for telling me that my purchase was a bad. Terrible, terrible service. Acura- do better.
