I had my car serviced. The customer service was excellent & the turnaround time was even better. However, the atmosphere was less than mediocre. For a luxury car dealership and the money they charge for different services it should be better like the other Acura dealership. The other one makes you feel top notch. The other dealerships waiting room is nice size with cell phone chargers , tvs, variety of snack, nice coffee maker w/ variety, chips. Hunt Valley had water (warm) & diet coke. The coffee machine looked like one in a mechanic shop. The waiting room is small and looks like a mechanic shop waiting room. Hunt valley step up. Love the customer service. More
