Have had so many bad experiences here. Purchased a new 2024 MDX 12/2024 from Hunt Valley Acura. Never received tags or any other paperwork. After 2 weeks & on my 8th call (I left 7 messages with no call back) I finally got to talk with a manag Never received tags or any other paperwork. After 2 weeks & on my 8th call (I left 7 messages with no call back) I finally got to talk with a manager. We had to park the MDX because the temp tags had expired and the dealership forgot to process our paperwork. The paperwork that they charge $800 to do. I could have done it in 15 min @ DMV, but they wont allow that. We were also promised an owners manual as it had been removed from the glove box. I have given up on that & will end up paying $100 for one off of Ebay. Very disappointed that such simple tasks turned out to be an issue for this dealership.. There are Acura dealers everywhere, go elsewhere. More
