When I walked into Frankel Acura I was immediately greeted by Fran Meyers. I felt a little intimidated at first just being in the dealership but Mr. Meyers was very welcoming and shook my hand. I had seen a used 2009 MDX on their website and Fran took me out to the lot to show it to me. The minute I opened the door I fell in love with the vehicle. The interior was cleaner than any used car I had ever seen. I told Fran that I was looking to upgrade to something bigger since my wife and I had just had our first child. He suggested that we visit my wife with the car since she was unable to come to the dealership. The MDX drove like a dream and my wife was equally impressed. Mr. Meyers went through all the features of the SUV from the comfort of my own driveway. When we returned to the dealership he asked me what I thought but in no way tried to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told Fran what my financial requirements were, he worked with me and was able to meet me at a level I was comfortable with. The whole buying process took about 2 hours. The next day when I was ready to pick the MDX up Fran actually picked me up at the dealership I had sold my previous car to.
