Sales process was OK, not hard sell, but the contract price kept changing. Small amounts, but enough to make me uneasy. The battery was dead since it had been there so long, and it had 60 miles on it already. Descriptions from the Sales person on the tech features were inaccurate and do not work the way I was told they would. After the sales process there is no customer service or help. The woman in the title department was particularly unhelpful. I was sent a letter from the MVA that I was going to be fined for lack of insurance on my car that I traded in to them. I have never had this issue on any other dealer. I was told it was my problem. BMW would have handled it in a heartbeat...and apologized to me for the inconvenience. The MDX I bought has huge blind spots and the instruments in the dash are positioned badly as you have to crane your neck to see the fuel indicator while driving. I would not recommend this dealership, I also wouldn't recommend the MDX More

Steve was very knowledgeable of the Acura TSX, and had an answer for every question I had. He was very courteous throughout the entire process. Not only was Steve able to locate the vehicle I wanted from a nearby dealership, he was able to work with me on the price of the vehicle, until I was comfortable with the final cost. When I came in to purchase the vehicle, the process was fairly expedient, and I was not pressured to purchase additional accessories, warranties, and the like. More
