Hands-down the worst experience i've ever had purchasing anything! Do not buy anything from this dealership. Their customer service ends the minute you sign the paperwork. The aggrevation started from the moment i was negotiating my trade with the sales manager, Josue Gutierrez. He low-balled me on my trade by thousands of dollars using the sleazy used car sales tactics. I had to haggle with him for hours to get my trade up to what the vehicle is worth. All the people i delt with are extremely hard to get ahold of and never return your calls. I have left multiple voicemails and emails. I was sent out of the dealership with a half a tank of gas. They promised me a check for gas, which 3 weeks later, i still have not received. I roled into my financing having my tag transferred from my trade to the new car. Was sent out of the dealership with a temp tag till my registration comes in from the DMV. In the mean time my temp tag is set to expire in five days now and can't get a hold of anybody to expedite me another temp tag in time before this one expires. More

Great sales experience: Francois did an excellent job of showing me the cars that I was interested in, was very knowledgeable about the Acura models and their features.
