Juliana was professional, attentive, and communicated very. She always kept me in the known about my vehicle she let me know what was a priority and what wasn’t . I am a long term customer and had some issues with my MDX and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Over 4 weeks period, I called the call center 7 times and each time I was promised that I will get a and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Now, I have to make an extra 50 mile roundtrip to Acura North Orlando from my home. As a senior citizen with medical issues, it created avoidable hardship to me. More
