Sales team was great, but found it interesting that when we entered the F & I office, and pretty much immediately refused all the add-on's (wheel protection, etc)...as paperwork was being signed, finance gu we entered the F & I office, and pretty much immediately refused all the add-on's (wheel protection, etc)...as paperwork was being signed, finance guy mentioned "oh, I got you wheel protection and vehicle care protection at no additional charge. My fault for not paying much attention to that, as I expressly declined any add-on's; it was only after I arrived home to see about $1200 added to the financing for those two items. So, buyer beware, I suppose. Should I drive two hours back to the dealer and complain or just blow up social media? Either way, I will sleep tonight, but I will wonder if this dealership will genuinely do anything about it. Wish I had video of this! More
Great service department. Was on holiday came back battery was dead .Call and took car over.No appointment ,but was able to change battery and got car back same day . 10/25/2022 LACK OF COMMUNICATION, INADEQUATE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & PASSIVE ASSISTANCE This is a review after a repair service incident at this dealership. The regular service advisor Pagan had always pe KNOWLEDGE & PASSIVE ASSISTANCE This is a review after a repair service incident at this dealership. The regular service advisor Pagan had always performed satisfactorily, which was expected, but never exceptionally. A job performance that goes beyond what is expected deserves an exceptional rating, but not this one. From the time I dropped off my car due to rodent damage, to the time I picked up my car, all that was provided to me by her was PASSIVE assistance. She promptly provided my insurance company an estimate of the damage, which I appreciate. That estimate, however, was wrong but did not communicate it to me. I called several times but couldn't reach her. And when I was able to get one of the service advisors, the cause of the delay in repairing my car WAS NOT documented at all, so the person I spoke with couldn't tell me why repair was delayed. Not knowing resulted in further stress to me after storm Ian. I had to visit the dealership to find out what has delayed my car for over a week. She nonchalantly stated that the wrong part was ordered because the picture looked the same. I consider this a lack of accountability and INADEQUATE knowledge as a service advisor. There was never an apology given and blame was directed to the pictures provided on the Internet. (I believe she should undergo additional training on all aspects as a service advisor.) Another issue was her lack of communication regarding the accident I had with the loaner. Better communication from this service advisor would have helped me a lot, but again it was PASSIVE ASSISTANCE. All together, this is by far the worst service experience I've had in my 50 years of owning a car!!! More
The dealer immediately addressed my concerns on the phone and told me to bring the car in ASAP. I was taken care of immediately and was back on the road much quicker than anticipated.
