Upon arrival I was sent inside the dealership to wait for my service rep. It didn’t come across as a friendly greeting! It took a long time to check in vehicle even though I had appointment and arrived on my service rep. It didn’t come across as a friendly greeting! The updates and cost of services via text were much appreciated. The time frame for services were accurate. I was notified via text that my car was ready. Worst car buying experience ever! They sold me a car that immediately gave me problems I bought a warranty and they never gave me any help I tried to trade it in after 2 months and t They sold me a car that immediately gave me problems I bought a warranty and they never gave me any help I tried to trade it in after 2 months and they told me the vehicle had too many problems. I tried to contact the manager for weeks. Left multiple messages with multiple people. I tried to cancel my warranty and was told I couldn’t. When I tried to buy a new vehicle they wouldn’t even take mine as a trade in they told me it had too many problems. I wasn’t given any help no returned calls and was told flat out by a sales person to leave. They refuse to refund my warranty money even tho I only owned the vehicle 4 months. Never deal with this location this car was supposedly certified even though it was sold to me with blown shocks seized up tire rods wheel bearing was blown control arm bent and all brake rotors are warped!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! More
