Your Service Rep. "Q" was quick to respond to my request for a not Scheduled Service Appointment! I was not aware that Acura had changed this routine! He contact your manager and Rotated my tires, oil change, wipers and sent my a vedio of the work on my car. I also got a quick ride back to my house and all work was done in a professional manner. I also spoke to Mike, your head sales rep. regarding my interior leather coming loose on both doors of my 2014 TSX and it appears that Acura had problems with that issue after 4 years on many of their Acura cars due to the heat of Florida. Never had this problem on any car I have owned in Florida over 30 years! And I keep them in the garage. Too Bad!! Does "Acura Headquarters" have a glue cure for this Problem? --- except take it to a repair shop!! Other wise, a great job done by all!!!! More
