We purchased an extended warranty evne tho the vehicle is already warrantied for 4,000 miles. I believe our purchased warranty starts at the same time which seems counterproductive. More

I bought my first new car at AutoNation Acura in Orlando a few days ago. What a great experience! The dealership showroom was clean and showcased a few models in the Acura range of vehicles. About the sale though. I was in contact via email for a week with Brenna Collins. She is a wonderful and cheerful salesperson. Brenna is easy to talk to and willing help with anything she can. Brenna answered all the questions I had about my car. She and I discussed my trade and finance options. We talked about all of the tech and features that came in the car as well as who to contact when I am ready to have accessories installed and tint put on my windows. Brenna working along with her Finance Manager Kyle Morgan were able to find a local credit union for finance and kept my payments below my max requirements. Kyle is a tell it like it is guy who is going to help you and give you the facts just like Brenna. Kyle and I went over finance options, protection packages and discussed accessories as well. my time spent dealing with Brenna and Kyle felt like I was buying a car from a friend. No surprises. Just open and honest conversation. There were no excessive markups either! I will be taking my car in for service at AutoNation Acura when service is due. When it is time to trade up. I will be right back to talk to Brenna and Kyle again. Thanks! More
