Had an appointment and waited 15 minutes to begin check in. 3 hours later problem diagnosed…no loaner car available until after determining parts not available. The wait time even w an appt is outrageous. I had a 9:30am appt. Arrived there early. Checked the car in early. Did not leave until 12:50pm The service itself, oil change, rotation, vent replacement, 9:30am appt. Arrived there early. Checked the car in early. Did not leave until 12:50pm The service itself, oil change, rotation, vent replacement, inspection - were great! The complimentary car wash SUCKED! there were spots on the doors inside the car. The car was not vacuumed at all. The cup holders were not wiped. Even for complimentary, it was not worth it. More
