We have the same complaints about the finance process as several other reviewers - very slow and antiquated. There should be a way to do the transaction online, like the competition (Tesla and Rivian) are doing. And, of course, we had the inevitable awkward and unpleasant experience with the finance manager trying to sell us warranty plans we don't need or want. They need to find a way to allow a buyer to opt out of that nonsense without having to waste time sitting through a sales pitch and having to say "no" 10 times. We paid cash so the transaction part of the process should take no more than 10 minutes. More

After we decided to purchase the 2019 Toyota RAV4 we had to wait more than 3 hours for the Finance person to do our paperwork. I understand there were others in front of us, but this was ridiculous! We even left and got something to eat, because he was taking so long with one customer. Honestly, if this business is that busy making deals why not hire more people or a contractor to help out. We didn’t even road test the vehicle, so we could get out sooner. Our salesman Alex did warn us, but if I wasn’t pleased with the vehicle WE would have left the dealership without the car. We had traveled almost 2 hours from Palm Bay and when we finally left by 7 pm it definitely was dark by the time we got home. Now, we are senior citizens and prefer not to be driving at night, so when we arrived by 2:30 pm we never expected to take so long just to buy a car. We even spoke to another customer who was waiting and she did her transaction on line, so she assumed it would be faster for her, but still it took her 3 hours too. She even mentioned the first time she purchased an Acura it took 7 hours wish is unacceptable! You really need to work better as a team and get customers out a lot faster! I must say that Alex had no control over this problem and he was very polite in trying to explain to us all the delays! More

I scheduled my service appointment for 7:30 AM and when I arrived I was told to wait in the lounge until the Service Advisor was ready. I waited 10 minutes and still no one. I had to go back to the Service arrived I was told to wait in the lounge until the Service Advisor was ready. I waited 10 minutes and still no one. I had to go back to the Service to ask when someone would be with me as I had to go to work. Finally a few minutes after the Service Advisor came back and quickly provided the paperwork for me to sign. I later received a call around noon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at 5:10 PM and was again told to wait in the lounge. I waited 15 minutes before heading to Service again. Once the advisor saw me he was able to go over the services completed in a quick and detail manner. My biggest issue was the wait time before and after to speak with an advisor especially when an appointment is made due to having to get to work on time. More
