My son bought his first car from this dealership. A year later was deployed. He sold the car and the nightmare to cancel the extended warranty and gap insurance began. First multiple phone calls A year later was deployed. He sold the car and the nightmare to cancel the extended warranty and gap insurance began. First multiple phone calls were not returned by the finance manager. When we finally got someone on the phone his information was incorrect. Each time a document was produced a new one was needed. Incredibly frustrating. After attempting to contact the dealership manager with no return call, we escalated to corporate. Again no phone call back. So I googled and found a phone number for a gentleman at corporate. He answered his phone, and directed my concerns to a customer service rep who was fantastic. She not only had the items cancelled in two days, but also included a warranty the jerks at the dealership had taken off and said was not eligible for return. With checks in hand in a week, after over a month of being given the runaround by the dealership I am making sure every place I can I will leave a poor review. The Autonation Acura deserves zero stars More

Chief gave me the best offer I got for my trade and then offered me the Integra at msrp plus the packages (llumar ceramic tint, protection pack, 3M door edge and cup protection) with it. I spent 1.5 hours t offered me the Integra at msrp plus the packages (llumar ceramic tint, protection pack, 3M door edge and cup protection) with it. I spent 1.5 hours to close, sign the papers and to get out of there. I had to spend 9 hours driving back and forth but it was well worth it More

The staff here is amazing. Not only was the staff I bought my car from so nice and easy to work with but the maintenance / service guys continue to show me those kind gestures.
