Last car we bought from Saturn brand new and Saturn had the sales process to our arriving at the dealership for the test drive, sit and sign in 15 minutes, then drive home. Honestly what do you get making us wait? Otherwise from that, love the car. More

The transaction was smooth until the vehicle delivery. The dealership was under construction, and my sales rep had parked the car near a tight spot infront of handrail that vehicle backup camera wasn' The dealership was under construction, and my sales rep had parked the car near a tight spot infront of handrail that vehicle backup camera wasn't able to detect. As a result, when backing out my newly purchased vehicle, my vehicle was dented. I reached out to management about my concern, then the sales rep called back to offer having the dent fixed. unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement (or proof of work) even though the dealership has their own collision center. At this point, I'm still waiting for management to offer me a solution to this poor customer experience. More
