The transaction was smooth until the vehicle delivery. As a result, when backing out my newly purchased vehicle, my vehicle was dented. I reached out to management about my concern, then the sales rep called back to offer having the dent fixed. unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement (or proof of work) even though the dealership has their own collision center. At this point, I'm still waiting for management to offer me a solution to this poor customer experience. More
