Always have had good experience until something went wrong with the car and it’s time for warranty to kick in. My car has been sitting at the shop for almost a month, with no end in sight waiting for a wrong with the car and it’s time for warranty to kick in. My car has been sitting at the shop for almost a month, with no end in sight waiting for a part no one wants to pay for to expedite. “Platinum” warranty and I’m out hundreds of dollars in rental car fees when rental coverage ended for a part that is back ordered. Car has less than 28,000 miles on it. More

The big thing about the Dealership is that they had new vehicles on the lot that were new and used . I had shopped at other dealers and lots this same week, and thing they had a vehicle that I was looking at on line and getting to the dealership finding that I had to order the vehicle and waiting a number of weeks (chevy) .
