Horrible service. Main reason I brought the car to GMC is for a serious smell of antifreeze coming through my vents. After charging me for a coolant pressure check their response was, we found no leaks. Ok, but you smell what I'm smelling. They just continued to state the results of the test. So a GMC dealership can't diagnose the problem with my GMC vehicle. Should have removed or reduced the cost of the unnecessary test they did that resulted in no more answers than I had before dropping off. More

It dropped my car off to have the AC fixed as it was not working and to have the transmission checked. I also had them change the oil and rotate the tires. I was approved for a rental car for four days and working and to have the transmission checked. I also had them change the oil and rotate the tires. I was approved for a rental car for four days and the lady told me it would take about that long. She constantly pushed out the pick up date… which turned out to take them over nine days to service my vehicle. When I showed up at the time she said it would be completed, none of the paperwork was ready and I had to wait for another hour!! Although she did keep in contact with me, it still took way longer and I didn’t have a car for multiple days! Which meant Ubering places which added to my cost. In the very least, the dealership should have offered me a rental since their service department can’t get it together!!! More
