I took my 2017 Encore in for service about a year ago because the blind spot indicator on the driver side mirror falsely detects traffic on a daily basis. After dealing with this for over a year, I took the car back in and was told the system works correctly. In my opinion, this has become a safety issue that no one seems to be able to fix. While I understand that many businesses are understaffed, I think as a courtesy I could have been spoken to briefly at the very least. Then when interacting with employees, their demeanor was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I can’t believe that these employees represent your business and that anyone would return after experiencing what I went through. More
