I had a recall on my GMC Terrain. My service was Armando. When I went into the office he gave me a warm welcome. The work was performed as promised. The repair took almost 10 days. There were issues during the repair that I asked about and did not receive a response from my service advisor. I had to call to get updates on my vehicle repair status. My calls were not returned. I would have preferred to have been updated due to you having my truck for 10 days. More
