We were strung along from another local Cadillac dealership who didn't even know of the new paint colors for the 2023 vehicles and completely wasted our time for a month with excuse after excuse as to why they just couldn't deliver what we wanted. BUT..... it couldn't have worked out any better! Celine searched around the country for the vehicle I was looking for and when that didn't pan out, she didn't give up and told us we could just order one. Production started on my dream car on 3/27/23 and we picked it up on 4/18/23! Even when we noticed a flaw in one of the wheels, they were very quick to get it in and fixed within a day. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone there and I will NEVER hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More
