One of the few places that would replace the window seal around the sunroof on my 2010 CTS Wagon. They did a great job on that, and I didn't realize how bad the old one was as the amount of wind noise has g around the sunroof on my 2010 CTS Wagon. They did a great job on that, and I didn't realize how bad the old one was as the amount of wind noise has gone down (Nice Bonus). I did like how they were able to send screenshots of other items of concern and there was no pressure to decline the items at this time. Alfredo was great to work with. More

I am a Long-Time customer of AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey and would be lost without them. Took my car in for a diagnostic. I was told to diagnose an issue would be $150. 5 hours in and them tearing my car apart everywhere but where I had an issue to try and sell me crap a I was told to diagnose an issue would be $150. 5 hours in and them tearing my car apart everywhere but where I had an issue to try and sell me crap after I had told them at drop off I’m not interested in any other service they call me and tell me they need another $150 to “continue diagnosing” because it was going to take even longer to get behind the radio. I told them absolutely not because I was told $150 to diagnose and you wasted several hours looking at unnecessary crap. Now I still have a car that needs to be fixed. Time to find a new dealership. I went home watched a YouTube video and it took me literally 5 minutes to have the radio completely out of the dashboard. Sounds like a corrupt dealership wanting to charge me for there “free 125 point inspection” I asked them not to do. Update: they did contact me to ask me if they could correct the situation. They did have me come back in they rediagnosed my vehicle, although I wasn’t satisfied with the answer they did justify the situation. I do appreciate that. Thank you. More
