This dealership is a joke. I sat here for seven hours over something that should have taken 20 minutes — replacing two bad tires on a car I bought less than a week ago. Instead of doing the right thing, they wasted my entire day just to say “no.” They sell cars with problems and then make you fight for crumbs when you ask them to fix it. Even getting an alignment and tire rotation felt like pulling teeth. The so-called manager, Jesus, rolled in an hour late, and from the moment he showed up, it was clear he had zero interest in helping. His dismissive, arrogant attitude set the tone — customers don’t matter here once they’ve got your money. This place thrives on excuses, not solutions. They’re happy to sell you a car with unsafe tires, but don’t expect them to stand behind it. If you enjoy wasting your time, being brushed off, and fighting for basic safety, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid AutoNation Chevy Airport like the plague. More
