I just want to give a big shout-out to Thomas Deluca, service advisor. I showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment with the intent to drop my car off to get service completed. I did no service advisor. I showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment with the intent to drop my car off to get service completed. I did not have an appointment but needed the service as I was taking a 2 day road trip and needed my truck. Thomas said he would do his "best" to fit me in. Not only did he get my car service completed, he did a complete "warranty/recall check" and fix what was required by the manufacturer. He represents this dealership well and was a pleasure to talk to as well. He was extremely professional, down to earth and was committed to see that I was satisfied.
