Had an appointment for my first service. They got my car in when they said they would. Took almost two hours. Every other time I’ve taken a car in for service it was washed and vacuumed befo They got my car in when they said they would. Took almost two hours. Every other time I’ve taken a car in for service it was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. Not only was this not done this time but they left greasy handprints on the hood. More
