I drive a Honda but go to the Chevrolet dealership to service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires to be changed which is a 20-30 minute job. They took over 3 hours to complete the job. This is crazy! I was not the only one waiting this long. There was another customer with a suburban waiting longer than I was for something simple as well. The service time sucks and needs to be improved. More

I was called by a salesmen telling me I have to leave my car for the oil change, He asked did you have appointment? I had a 7am appointment, I said no I will not leave it.
