This is the last time I will return to this location because I feel that I am not being dealt with honestly. I find myself having to research online and it contradicts everything that is told to me. T because I feel that I am not being dealt with honestly. I find myself having to research online and it contradicts everything that is told to me. There seems to be a constant upcharge and how much more money can be taken and why I didn't get buy an extended warranty. I would rather take my car twice a far away to another location where I believe more trusting relationship and feel more heard and understood by the service technicians and manager. Disappointing. Overall a very good experience. Jacque was very cordial and professional. He handled my questions well. He even found a coupon to save me ten dollars! I am glad I decided not to “wait” because the servi and professional. He handled my questions well. He even found a coupon to save me ten dollars! I am glad I decided not to “wait” because the service took longer than expected. Unfortunately, the reset of the TPM service only lasted a day. The next day the “TPM Service” message reappeared. I had hoped that, as a dealer, it would have been successfully serviced. Three tire stores tried before you and recommended going to a dealer. That is why I selected you for the alignment and TPM service. I guess I will have to live with the message on the dash!? More
