The way this dealership is managed should make everyone run far far away. I've been to this dealership a few times for service. Standard dealership service experience...maybe a bit slower than average but run far far away. I've been to this dealership a few times for service. Showed up and they wanted to charge me $200 to have it installed. To literally drill 2 holes and insert 2 screws which takes no more than 90 seconds total. xxx??? Drove up to Carl Black GMC/Chevrolet without an appointment and they said it would be about $30 to get it done. 5 minutes later the work was done and they said "don't worry about it" and charged me $0 for what this dealership wanted to charge me $200 for. Is this how you treat a customer? by trying to screw them over? You'll never see me again or any of my 4 GM vehicles. More
