Horrible experience dealing with AutoNation Chevrolet ARROWHEAD. In a rush I used the wrong credit card. The very next day first thing I returned asked them to cancel that credit card purchase and rechar ARROWHEAD. In a rush I used the wrong credit card. The very next day first thing I returned asked them to cancel that credit card purchase and recharge the credit card I prefer to use on car repairs. 1hr wait told to come back the next day. Returned the next day 4hr wait and they tell me it can’t be done. Horrible customer service, no one accounting person came out to explain. Left me waiting form4hrs hoping I’d leave. Well I’m sitting in their parking lot right now making sure I leave this review before I leave their property. Warning…this was a simple request and they left hanging for hours. I will never return and I will leave a negative review for this place on every internet site that takes reviews for this place. I will then continue to have fiends and family write negative reviews for this place. The customer service is non existent here at AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead. As for the work done on my car, the Car was returned filthy, and engine compartment was smoking on the way home because of the fluids left on the engine block when they did the repair. More
