I had been assigned a service manager, David Lewis. He knows my vehicle from servicing it before and I knew him and was comfortable working with him. He discovered in his inspection a small leak in my oil pan. I had not seen any oil in the driveway or any other symptoms. He notified me and he fixed it. I didn't have to pay for any of the repair work and it was done quickly. If the mechanic didn't notice the leak it could have lead to larger problems and potentially extensive cost. I highly recommend Power Chevrolet at Arrowhead. More

We were on vacation and 1500 miles from home. The car had been worked on prior to our trip but the problem had not been fixed. We were told it was fixed but the noise would disappear in a few days. The noise only got progressively worse to the point we were not comfortable driving it. Called Power Chevrolet and they said to bring it right in that day. Roger checked the noise and the steering function and knew what the problem was. He make us an appointment on the spot that was a couple of days away. The car was fixed solving the problem only to have an additional problem show up that was fixed quickly when we returned. We were very satisfied with the service and Roger was a great contact to work with. When we return to Sun City West next year we will be using Power Chevrolet for our auto service. More
