Came in to get advice on a leak we had on our vehicle. Talked to service advisor who sent us to parts department. Parts guy said we needed to bring the vehicle so they could look at it. Went home picked u Talked to service advisor who sent us to parts department. Parts guy said we needed to bring the vehicle so they could look at it. Went home picked up truck took it back within 30 minutes. Drive into service department and was told they could not do anything for several days and could only look at it with an appointment. This was a surface leak from an outside light, nothing mechanical. Also, there were no customers in service area, 6 service reps not busy, and no one really offered us any help or ideas. We left extremely frustrated and will find another Chevy dealer to help us out. Can not recommend them for any personal attention, customer service, or any other services. More

The service director is an absolute xxxxxxx! He talks a good talk but he doesn't do a xxxx thing. They gave me an estimate of $2,500 to fix my car and in reality I paid $15 for a bad sensor.
