Easy to schedule appointment, reminder messaging was helpful, Bradley went through everything the truck was scheduled for and the cost for each so there would be no surprises. They need a work-around for the GM policy to not update the EMU on certain cars. That policy basically causes me to trash an otherwise perfectly good car.
