The dealership does not run things like others, i get a service to talk to and when they make appts for service they do not put in the reason for the visit, and they don't check to see if the person you wa service to talk to and when they make appts for service they do not put in the reason for the visit, and they don't check to see if the person you want is there that day, then i got turned away after taking a day of work, so my first service did not get done by them.then when i need warranty work it take a long time for part to come in, then i end up going to them to see if it is in, it was in when i checked for 4 days but never got a call to set up appt, till i made it that day, and again now i am waiting for another warranty part, so i will be checking on that one today myself, More

I purchased a used truck in January 2023. I was sold a "bumper to bumper" warranty (Veritas). While driving my truck it turned off on me. The warranty refuses to cover.
