Before my vehicle was dropped off I had a really hard time getting a live person to speak to. 4-5 days of waiting ! I left numerous messages on voicemail and yet no one ever bothered to call me back. Not quite the impression I was hoping for. I almost didn’t leave my vehicle there due to this as it reflects lack of communication which can lead to many headaches. This in your part needs to be improved!
