Overall, experience was ok. Sales tried to give me a ridiculous interest rate pitch when I knew exactly what I would be offered by GM financial. I had to jump through a few hoops for my qualifying discounts but not really surprised there. My biggest complaint would be that I received my new vehicle with a dent in the drivers side door. The freight company documented it when they picked it up. I documented it when the vehicle was delivered. The dealer denied there was an issue and wished me good luck. Now I have a new truck with a dent in the drivers side door. More

Took my car in for an oil change and to get the chip put in for the heated seats.
