My 2022 Blazer was getting service esc errors when starting or during auto-stop. I was given error explanation from the automated On-Star service that the battery has a bad cell. Took to dealership, starting or during auto-stop. I was given error explanation from the automated On-Star service that the battery has a bad cell. Took to dealership, they said they have to charge the battery for 90 minutes then retest. When they performed the test again it came back with no issues. I was told to take it home and put a trickle charge on it. However, the next day i got the Battery error again. Terrible customer service, I waited 4 hours for them to tell me everything is ok, in the end nothing is ok and i have to go back now and do this all over again. More

Steven, the ASM, took care of my routine oil change and tire rotation and informed me of another service that was due, and took care of that also. He also let me know of service that my Traverse would need tire rotation and informed me of another service that was due, and took care of that also. He also let me know of service that my Traverse would need in about 6 months. As a non-technical person, I’m relieved to know that the dealership is keeping my car in top shape and up to date with maintenance. The car was serviced in a timely manner and washed, a plus. More
