Their service department is an absolute Hustle to see how much money they can extract from you and a absolute xxxx show they send you coupons that they do not honor I went in for a $70 oil change with my cou much money they can extract from you and a absolute xxxx show they send you coupons that they do not honor I went in for a $70 oil change with my coupon and they charge me $263 for a simple oil change. I was also charge $20 to rotate tires which are impossible since how they are different sizes front to rear and directionals. I also watched a gentleman bring a yellow Corvette in and within 15 minutes the whole front end was destroyed on it. This place is a joke I will no longer step foot on the property. I was in the market for a Corvette too. I am taking my business somewhere else. . I was also at the dealership 2 months earlier with my other car. Had a problem with the AC blowing hot ask them to diagnose it told me I need a new electric fan on the radiator it was gonna be $1600. Something about AC lines had to be disconnected and water cooling lines. It was 4 1/2 hours labor $600 part. I ended up taking it home and buying the original part on Amazon for $300 and installed it myself in 30 minutes. This place is a joke. More

I called and left messages) to get information on my car. They had my car for right about 3 weeks and it wasn't even fixed. I even sent out an email again (11/30/22) to let him know it wasnt fixed and never got a response. Great customer service (sarcastically). Now I'm going somewhere else to actually have the issue fixed. It's a shame companies can't find good workers. I would give this a 0 star if I could. More
My service advisor Steven Rice was absolutely amazing! If he hadn’t done that I may have never known and would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I highly recommend anyone who really cares about their car to go directly to Steven, he’s very communicative and gets the job done fast! Our purchase experience was perfect. Our salesman was amazing. The reason for the bad review is in regards to the service department. The contact person's name is Cherish and she NEVER answers the phone, nor does she contact you back. We have had to have another associate track her down on multiple occasions just to get answers about our vehicle. When we went to pick up our vehicle from a simple service request, we told Cherish exactly what time we would be there to pick up our vehicle. When we arrived she was nowhere to be found. They tried to call her and made us wait for 30 minutes as they looked for her. Still never found, we eventually had to just take our vehicle without any consultation about the next steps. We did know that, they were ordering us a new brake light, however, that was over a month ago and Cherish has still not contacted us, nor returned any of our calls. She set the tone for the dealership and we will NOT be returning there. More
I have used AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead for several years and bought two new trucks from them. The sales and service has always been great. Recently my check engine light came on. I took it to the dea years and bought two new trucks from them. The sales and service has always been great. Recently my check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and Steven Rice wrote the service request. I had difficulty with the after market warranty company for the service. Steven went to my rescue (above and beyond) and after much effort on his part got the warranty approval and the work was completed and paid for by the warranty company. Steven Rice kept me informed thru the entire process. More
