When the total time approached three hours, I verified with the advisor that they were still working on my car. The answer was, yes and it should be done soon. I approached the advisor again after a total of four hours. He went to the service area and returned and told me the the car was done and proceeded to finish my paperwork and payment. The advisor deducted the cost of the oil change and tire rotation. I thanked him for the deductions and waited for my car.
