I would have gave a 5-star, but one of the service technician that was working on my vehicle decided to be cute and but an upside down cross on my screen of the dashboard. I don’t deal with anti-Christ individuals. I don’t care at this point now. I’ll drive an additional miles to go to a different AutoNation Chevrolet here in the valley. More

2018 BMW M3 This was my 4th purchase with AutoNation, I’ve had great experience on 2 of these purchases. One was ok as I bought a used Subaru for a family member and the car ended up having a cracked wheels and need rotors even tho it was just inspected, this car was the cheapest out of all my purchases so I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect! Number 4 hasn’t been great, I bought a 2018 BMW M3 on August 14th 2025 from the salesman Richard Dean Albano and did everything Docusign as I live in Washington and the vehicle was located in Arizona! I ask Richard for videos and pictures and for him to highlight any flaws with the car, he sent me around 6 pictures and a short walk around video when I asked about flaws he told me car had ppf on hood and bumper and never stated any flaws. Finalized paperwork and was told my salesman would be in contact during inspection and transportation, 8 days later I reached out for an update on it. The car was waiting for transportation company to pick it up, no update on how the service or inspection went… 5 days later the car was delivered to me August 27th, car looked good but very dirty from the transport so I washed it right away. There is clear coat damage to the car on fiber roof that was not noted or disclosed which is a huge bummer! But the worse thing is the clutch is needing replaced, the throw out bearing is screaming and I’m afraid if I drive it to much as It might go out completely. I reached out to try to get some solution but got a text saying it was driven by his manager Tony Veronee and is normal, which is not the case. Brought it in to a shop local to me and was told due to the noise the throw out bearing is making and the engagement point of the clutch pedal they recommend removal of transmission and a full clutch kit replacement. And I haven’t got a reply from my salesman that I reached out to on August 28th. More

Due to a repair issue we were not able to pick up the van until Saturday.(8/23) we had a three day no questions asked return on the van. Monday 8/25 we were contacted by our insurance company and were told our premium would increase from $533.00 to $984.00. I had researched online cost of insurance and I was prepared for an increase in premiums. The information I found it was only going to be about $200 increase. My husband and I called the dealer to ask about returning the vehicle due to the cost of the insurance and we were told it was too late. I had been told that knowing we weren’t taking possession until Saturday that the 3 day return timeframe would start on Saturday. It did not. Then on Saturday 8/23 I was driving the van and pulled the visor down to block the sun and the visor disconnected from its connection. We called the dealership on Sunday 8/24 and were told because service was closed. On Monday 8/25 my husband took the van to service and was told the part would be ordered. On Wednesday 8/27 my husband called and left a message for service. He left another message on 8/29 and as of 8/30 we have not heard from them. Then today 8/30 the driver’s headrest popped. We were able to reset it but unsure if this is a faulty headrest or just something that happens. One other thing and this is on me. When we test drove the van I didn’t get in the back seat. The salesperson was with us and I didn’t think about it then, but as I have now ridden in the back of the van I can tell you it’s the most uncomfortable van I’ve been in. Again that’s my fault, but if comfort is an issue this van is not for you. We like the van, but unfortunately we can’t afford it. That doesn’t matter because we are stuck with it at this point. I completely regret signing the paperwork before we could take possession and I wish I had never done it at all. The convenience of having 2 vehicles will be short lived because we can’t afford it but it will be nice while it lasts. More
