Even though Michael Kane was very nice, I am not happy with the service timeliness. I understand staff shortages, but with that in mind, the timeframe in between customers should be extended rather than o with the service timeliness. It should not take over 2 1/2 hours for a customer to wait for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment 1 week or more in advance and was there 10 minutes before hand. I have been coming there for 19 years and shouldn't have to wait so long. More

I had an appointment scheduled for 1030 to have an oil change done. I dropped my truck off at 0930 with Scott and he informed me he would have the service done around an hour time. 50 minutes later I rece change done. OK it took me at least 3 to 4 times for them to determine why my AC unit in my car that I bought from them is no longer working. I have paid at least $600 or more to have this determined. Each time having to why my AC unit in my car that I bought from them is no longer working. I have paid at least $600 or more to have this determined. Each time having to pay the deductible on my warranty. When the original mechanic thought it was a slow leak. Hopefully the third time is a charm. Although I have to admit I’m a little upset about how long it took. However, the staff is super nice. And the last mechanic really took his time to figure out what the problem was. Instead of putting a Band-Aid on the problem. More

Great customer service and just what we were looking for. I did not like the cash offer issues of purchase however. We had to have 1/3 cash and the rest split out on a credit card and then a check.
