Service advisor Steve Rice was awesome and got my car repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. I am not happy with the situation with my 2007 Saturn, as this was a recall issue, and after repaired timely for me. I have no issue with him at all. So they band-aid it once again, but I can promise you it will be back before the year expires so it can be fixed again under the warranty. My cars battery died thankfully in my garage. Had it jumped & drove to the service center. I didn't have an appointment but the good people they are they squeezed me in. Went home & they called about 1 hr later & stated 2 different types of batteries they could put in. I chose the forever gel battery. My car was done about 1 1/2 hrs later. My service advisor, John, is extremely helpful in regards to what is needed to be done to my car to keep it in top notch running condition. All the employees whether in person or on the phone are very pleasant. I like this dealership & recommend it for your next service & car. More

They don't care about you, only the sales telephone line answers the phone. They want sales car but they don't care about the service. I wanted just a Diagnosis for the Engine light, I don't understand why they give you an appointment if they don't have time to take care you, horrible experience. More
