I've been bringing my 2015 Colorado to this location since 2017, and my experience has always been GREAT! Most memorable experience was when I was on my way out to Lake Powell for a few days with grandkids, when I noticed a leak under the truck. Back of my truck was already packed with all of the camping equipment. Stopped by this location and found my water pump was broke. Fortunately I had purchased the extended warranty. They fit me in last minute and managed to get all the approvals for the pump replacement and I was on the road by early afternoon and enjoyed a great camping weekend with my grandkids. More

We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and the salesman told us it could be pulled by an RV that's why we purchased it after the purchase we found out that it could not be pulled. We then called AutoNation Scott general manager and he told us that he would compensate us and put us in another vehicle. We could not find a comparable vehicle that we had purchased so we asked for reimbursement for the towing system we put on the vehicle. They refuse to work with us and told us that they could do was put us in a different car. You have sales people selling vehicles that they know nothing about here. Buyers beware make sure you know what you're buying when you get something from AutoNation their sales people don't know squat. More

Bought my car online and initially the manager and salesperson were attentive and easy to work with however, after I received my car the tire had a screw in it and was almost flat and the trunk does n salesperson were attentive and easy to work with however, after I received my car the tire had a screw in it and was almost flat and the trunk does not close properly. When I reached out to the manager he said that the car was inspected and that the freight company I hired to transport the car must have driven over the screw when he was loading it. But the freight company produced pictures of the flat tire before he loaded it. Since I bought it online And had it shipped I can’t just bring it back. It is a 2021 Mercedes Benz and I went to Autonation because of their reputation through reviews. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Lesson learned and I’ll be spending my time and money getting an almost brand new car repaired. More
