Open, honest and not pushy. I went to just look at newer version of my car. Nwail came out, asked if I was being helped and answered my questions. We took the car for a drive, I went to just look at newer version of my car. Nwail came out, asked if I was being helped and answered my questions. We took the car for a drive, went back, talk to him a little. We went through one step at a time. I was given the information about what I needed to own the car. We shock hands and I left, no high pressure sales. I slept on it, processed what needed to be done. I went back the next day with my pre approved letter (my choice was not necessary). I signed a couple of papers and literally, was out the door with my car in a couple of hours. I took a little longer because I was running my mouth. I hope if you go there, you are treated just as well. More
