Working with Zach at Autonation Chevrolet was wonderful! He listened to exactly what I needed/wanted and ran with it, and he got the deal done. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! 10/10 recommend He listened to exactly what I needed/wanted and ran with it, and he got the deal done. We just started to have our new vehicles serviced at AutoNation and we are extremely pleased with our experience. Aaron is our service advisor, he is personable, knowledgeable and gets the job done. I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and fluid top off. Took almost 5 hours. I never got a update on the work even though I asked a couple of people more than once. top off. Took almost 5 hours. I never got a update on the work even though I asked a couple of people more than once. More
Like other reviewers, I was pressured to leave a good review after my purchase. Since then, I have found that I have been given false information repeatedly. I was told at time of signing that my credi review after my purchase. Since then, I have found that I have been given false information repeatedly. I was told at time of signing that my credit union would not honor the rate they gave me on my pre-approval letter. This was false! My credit union verified that they were never contacted by Autonation to obtain loan and rate approval. Instead, I was told that Capital One would approve me for a rate that was .75% higher than my credit union rate. The car was initially delivered to me with no floor mats. I was told I would receive a free tank of gas for the inconvenience of having to come back to the dealership for my floor mats. I was sent several appointment reminders via email and text to confirm my initial service appointment. I arrived early for my appointment on the scheduled date. My final email said I was scheduled for my appointment with Michael Tormollon. When I arrived, Michael told me I wasn’t on the schedule and that when you call last minute they just have to squeeze you in. I told him repeatedly that I didn’t call and that Autonation sent ME the messages for the scheduled appointments. I showed him the messages I received on my phone. He continued to be short and rude with me. I went inside and asked to speak to a manager. I was directed to the Director in the service department. I told her about my experience and she sent Michael a text message telling him to be patient and to expedite my oil change/ service and to also fill my tank for the absent mats at time of purchase. I waited for 2 hours and 40 minutes and finally went out to Michael and asked him for my car. It was just sitting in the back parking lot. The service was not completed as directed (ie.. the squeaky brake had not been addressed) and the tank had not been filled. Michael then told me it would be a minimum of 30-40 minutes if I wanted the tank filled. After my horrendous experience with this company, I emailed the director of the service department and the general manager, Derek Miller, outlining my experiences. I have yet to receive a response from either person. It sickens me that this company promotes themselves as supporters for the fight for breast cancer. I lost my sister to triple negative breast cancer six years ago. My mother has been going through treatment for triple negative breast since January 2024. I am diagnosed with Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia which is a precursor for breast cancer. Shame on all of the men in this organization for how they treat women and then advertise themselves to the public as a conscientious caring organization. Please don’t bother giving the same standard robo response you have given every other email with a complaint. More
