I've already been in contact with the GM. He is unwilling to learn how to do better and certainly doesn't want to make this up to me, other than offering to take the vehicle back. He obviously didn't read the entire review because I said I love the vehicle. He also never responded when I told him about the behavior of Tristan in finance who became angry and aggressive when we declined the service contract.
