I was in the middle of moving and my truck had an issue that delayed the power. When I called they were scheduling two days out and said the were another two days for diagnostic. I took the appointment the that delayed the power. When I called they were scheduling two days out and said the were another two days for diagnostic. I took the appointment the scheduler checked for a cancellation just prior to completing the call and got me in an hour later. The I told the specialist my problem they got it fixed that day. Service estimate over the phone was $90 under real cost but after looking at bill statement afterwards appreciated the check list that was covered with this service. We made an appointment for Mon morning at 8:00 am, thinking we would get our air conditioner fixed that day. Alex met us at the van and said he was behind 2-3 days to even have it checked.
