My car was with the dealer for eight full days. Most of the time was waiting on parts, as I understand it. One problem, was the wrong part was ordered, or provided, I'm not sure which - that result Most of the time was waiting on parts, as I understand it. I believe, all parts should have been determined to be available, before the work began. I would have been willing to wait for the parts to come in, then rescheduled the appointment, than having to wait that long for my car to be completed. It's still not completed, as the wrong part has not come in yet. So, I have to bring it back. If the rental car wasn't comped, I would have been very upset. So, thank you for that. I wish there was a "not sure" category for referring someone for service at AutoNation. More

f I can give no stars I would. I recently sold my truck and after I sold it I went over to the dealership to complete the cancellation of the GAP insurance and extended warranty. Paper work contains the process number, manager, store canceling product. RO/DEal Number. Provided proof the vehicle was sold. Three weeks later they acted like they have no idea what I was talking about. I had to fill out another form and now told, oh you only had 15 days from the day of the sell. This is on this dealership. I am contacting the news outlets and BBB and the attorney general's office. I have copies of everything. Sad they are not resolving. Do not buy from here. they are liars. Voice mails were left with Michael Gutierrez. Today i left with the GM Scott Stapley. We shall see if they fix this today. Just sad they cannot return a call. To repeat I completed the paperwork on 06/13/2022. I left the where I sold the vehicle and drove to the dealership within 20 minutes. To say I ddint do it or I did it wrong, no, they did it wrong.
