This is tough to write- as I think about the "hold ups" that we are living with: short staff, parts on back order, etc. ((I'm giving this dealership good ratings because I know how they can be/where they h that we are living with: short staff, parts on back order, etc. ((I'm giving this dealership good ratings because I know how they can be/where they have been.)) Pros: there is a way to connect w/ your service advisor via text- so you can hound him/her if needed. (I mean you should have to- but the work they have to do to get your work approved is insane.) Cons: I do not for the life of me understand why it takes so long for service- if it was purchased at this location, and is a Chevy vehicle, I should not be out a car for a week at a time when something goes wrong. Simple as that. My advisor tried the best she could- over worked, understaffed. I would like to say "do better" as a whole- but I honestly do know how in this world. More

I went to Autonation Chevrolet because they have preowned certified vehicles. However, the vehicle I purchased only had one remote. Since most vehicles come with two, I requested a second one through salesma certified vehicles. However, the vehicle I purchased only had one remote. Since most vehicles come with two, I requested a second one through salesman and also the General Manager. I was told I could purchase one which are quite costly. Since I paid all cash for my vehicle, I thought the least they could do was provide me with a second remote. But, after talking with my salesman, emailing the General Manager, and following up with a phone call, I have not gotten a response nor a second remote. I’m very disappointed in their nonresponse to this situation especially since they want to have a good relationship with their customers. More
