Aaron Pewnew is absolutely worthless. I hate to be mean but its reality. He does not communicate with you at all. When i dropped my truck off he was visibly upset over a simple digital gauge monitor i have installed. He played 20 questions with me like he was trying to interrogate me over it. He then proceeded to scroll through all the screens on my truck trying to prove to me that it had all the info already built in. But it does not. I could tell by how he was looking, he has no idea about the products he services, which i find ironic. Then he told me they would need the truck for the day and you can get it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and he calls and leaves a short voicemail, not explaining anything or that he is actually off. I called the dealer several times and no straight answer was given. Finally ended up driving in and being helped by Dale who was amazing. I got my truck back only to find the dashcam unplugged, which leads me to believe they went for a joyride. The digital gauge mentioned earlier had the cord ripped out from it. They never did fix the issue i came in for. They claim unable to recreate. But from reading the paperwork i can see why. Aaron was to busy trying to prove me wrong, he wrote what i was saying down wrong. Its ok, i realize not everyone is suited to work with others nor has the proper skills to listen either. More

I came in just needing a couple small repairs and it was perfect. They got it done and I didn’t need to wait too long, just about average waiting time even though they were slammed busy and short-staffed. W perfect. It has been two weeks since purchasing my vehicle and it still has not arrived. Sales associate (Grayson) and manager continue to offer false promises and lies to ensure they don't have to deal with me afte still has not arrived. I have no ETA, and no way to contact the shipping company handling the transfer of the vehicle. Again, I have been told multiple lies and simply ignored when trying to acertain information on my vehicle. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, I wish I could give less stars. More
